Possible COVID-19 Delivery Delays
HoneysexToy is doing its best to ensure all express shipments are delivered on time, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has caused some shipping delays beyond its control. Because of suspected contraband, we have to do transit transportation in Hong Kong. The transportation time in China is 2-3 working days. Therefore, the entire transportation cycle is about 10 days. We apologize if your express package is delayed.

Free shipping on orders over $120!
You want it, you get it! We’re excited to announce that we’re now offering free shipping on all orders over $120! * With any purchase that reaches the $120 threshold, you’ll automatically get a free shipping option at checkout, all you have to do is shop!

Free shipping is only available on orders totaling $120 or more. The turnaround time for free shipping is 10-15 working days, we will continue to optimize the logistics route, and the time will be shortened as much as possible. Standard rates apply to all other shipping methods offered. Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM PST (Monday-Friday) to ensure same-day delivery. Not available at all locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Not applicable to any military area.

Shipping and Handling
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. There may be a slight delay for orders received over the weekend and/or containing custom items or items that are temporarily out of stock. Standard domestic orders are delivered by express line, and DHL small packages are delivered within about 10 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: Please provide an accurate address, and do not deliver to PO Boxes or military bases, and do not deliver to warring and tense areas.

Additional Shipping and Handling Instructions
When placing an order online, there are some other considerations to keep in mind about our online system and shipping services:

• If your address needs to be changed after your order has shipped, please contact our customer service so we can assist. Express companies such as FedEx only allow shippers to make changes to a shipment after it has entered their system.

• Your order history will only show one tracking number per order and will be listed as completed after we ship the package. If you have a backorder, please contact our customer service so we can provide you with your second tracking number.

International/World
Customs and import duties

• Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which will be charged after your package arrives in your country.

• Honeysextoys ships your package DDU, “Duty and Tax Unpaid”, without VAT, duties, and/or taxes, and cannot predict what your specific charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, you must provide them to get your package through customs.

• Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any seizure by customs. Please note that we will not refund/refund seized items that are not returned to us.

• Packages returned as unclaimed or rejected for which return shipping has been incurred will be charged to your credit card.
